Vom 30. September 30 bs zum 2. October 2022 werde ich an der Jahreskonferenz der Deutsch-Amerikanischen Juristenvereinigung DAJV an der Northwestern Pritzker Law School in Chicago teilnehmen und mich mit den jüngsten Entwicklungen im amerikanischen Recht und den transatlantischen Beziehungen vertraut machen. / I will be at the Annual Conference on German and American Law 2022 at Northwestern Pritzker Law School in Chicago from September 30 to October 2, 2022. >> This year, Deutsch-Amerikanische Juristen-Vereinigung (DAJV) will hold its Annual Conference on German and American Law at Northwestern Pritzker Law School in Chicago from September 30 to October 2, 2022. The program includes a speech of the Chief Justice of the German Constitutional Court ("Bundesverfassungsgericht") Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth. In addition, the conference agenda will feature current topics in corporate/capital market law, arbitration law, data protection law and patent protection with high-ranking experts. Moreover, considering current times of economic and political crisis, the conference will take a look at the state of the transatlantic relationship and reflect on how peace order might look in the aftermath of the war in Ukraine.
